Delivery to Project Site

Delivery has many definitions when it comes to FF&E installation.  We can deliver to the Room (Full Installation) or to the site/dock (Tailgate delivery) depending on the scope of your project.

Project Management

A Focused Logistics project manager will work closely with each customer to coordinate and expedite phased deliveries.  Generally projects are run a floor at a time, by using our warehouse for storage we can better manage the items to be installed as opposed to onsite storage which can be very unorganized.

Dunnage Removal & Disposal

As part of our core FF&E services we will be responsible for the removal of any debris related to the scope of work being done on each project site and will employ environmentally friendly methods of disposal when possible.  We can coordinate an onsite dumpster if space provides at an additional charge.
